So, here is a thought: TTR runway is closed, presumably for extensive work. So where will the F-117s be operating from in the meantime? If only we knew a nearby base that had recent hangar construction and taxiway improvements. Oh, wait... :-)

This is a long shot, but what if the new hangars at the Groom north ramp were built to temporarily house the operational F-117s? And when TTR is up and running again the Groom F-16's benefit from it. Again, its a long shot.
