F-117 Interview and Leading Edge Question

Hi. Came across very interesting F-117 pilot interview on Youtube, link posted below. In one part of the interview the former pilot talks about how a guy at an airshow with an 90's video recorder couldn't the plane into focus? The pilot attributed it to the stealth coating?! Maybe the guy with video recorder just didn't know how to use it properly.

De-milled F-117's are going on display and what gotta ask what technology could possibly in the leading edge of the wing that still is classified? Ram Coating, Metal/Fiber Composite, other further undisclosed technology like electrically charging the wing, thought this was debunked? Just wondering if anyone has thoughts here on this?
