The frequencies could either be licensed by NTIA, in which case we wouldn't fid them anywhere, or they could be operated under FCC Part 15, in which case, there is no license issued anywhere. You might try looking for licenses listed for the Lincoln County Telephone System. They have microwave licenses nearby, and they seem to be pretty sloppy with their coordinates. An FCC advanced search targeting Microwave - Site Based weeds out virtually all of the wide area garbage licenses that otherwise come back in a geo search. Email sent, along with the kmz file for the old GTE system.
