Possible living F-111 and KC-135 pilots who flew in the AARA 6A refueling zone over North Sea in 1989

It's been mentioned in the literature that the August 1989 North Sea sighting by Chris Gibson took place within Air-to-Air Refueling Area 6A (AARA 6A), but are there any living F-111 and KC-135 crewmembers who flew the F-111s and KC-135 seen by Chris Gibson from the Galveston Key oil rig in August 1989? If so, they might have shed new light on the 1989 North Sea sighting a few years ago by refuting Bill Sweetman's suggestion that the aircraft seen by Chris Gibson refueling from a KC-135 was a classified hypersonic spyplane.
