Since there seems to be some interest in this, I have put together a page with the known R-4808N fixes, and Janet routes to Groom and TTR. See attached link. The information is gathered mostly from Janet radio traffic. Comments welcome, in particular regarding the Groom ILS outer marker, and the PYD beacon. Here is what I have so far:
At TTR, the two posts of the "XSD" NDB can be seen on Google Earth right next to the ILS Rwy.14 outer marker at 37-52-32.22N / 116-49-14.88W.
At Groom, the situation is not as clear. The outer marker for the old Runway (14R/32L) can be seen at 37-10-21.82N / 115-46-19.30W. However, that runway is no longer used. A road leads from there to the location where the outer marker for the new runway (14L/32R) would be (around 37-09-50.43N / 115-45-35.78W). But there is no sign of an antenna for the new outer marker there. No sign of the posts for the "PYD" NDB there, or at the original location, either.
Question for those more familiar with navigation: Can the old outer marker still be used for the new runway, even though it is slightly (2000ft.) off the center runway line? Any comments welcome.
