Is the consistently shining light that we see moving lower than the strobe the light the front landing gear? Or is cockpit illumination? I dont see the runway lit up infront so my guess is cockpit.

On one hand, it could be an f16. 2nd video in the linked website has the strobe at the same rhythm, and location relative to the cockpit. On the other hand if that is an f16, why aren't ALL of its lights on?

That is really interesting about the height of the strobe. We see 1 flash, a pause, 2nd flash, 3rd flash, then the 4th flash is way higher. Maybe pilot did a quick 'stomp on the brakes' which brings the back higher
