In your nighttime panorama where you caught the F16 infront of the hangar, it had its green and red wingtip lights on, and the landing plane in your youtube video does not. I'd think that if it was an F16 landing, it would have all the lights on because its not something to hide. Did you by chance spot it with your eye (or camera) as it moved towards the hangars?
