I think you nailed it, thank you! Most likely the revetments will be covered. The 65-85' width would also be a good fit for the doors of hangars 6 and 7.

So, either the F-16 are finally getting a cover (they could probably fit two in each bay) or a new project with 65-85' wingspan will move into hangars 6 and 7. The taxi lines will hopefully give us another clue.
