Well, hangars 20-23 may seem pretty quiet. But keep in mind that a lot can be hidden under the two large covers. Together they hide an area of 3.5 acres. Plus the hangars themselves. Besides construction of the large covers, the Rachel gate was beefed up significantly, new microwave intrusion systems were installed and a few years ago the network of FLIR cameras. Those are only the things we can see. And of course the fact that they completely over reacted to a private pilot taking some photos of the base. If I was a betting man I would put my money on NGAD development and evaluation in full swing at H 20-23.
