Probably extra security. It would be interesting to see if there is any particular part of Plant 42 they are focusing on. If you see them again please try to get a hex code to post here.

I hear that law enforcement and base security are trying to chase spotters away who park near the plant. Of course, without any legal basis. Time for someone to push the issue and clarify what is and what isn't legal.
