Interesting pattern in Ghost Hawk flights

Earlier this month all three Area 51 security choppers appear to have made visits to a certain hangar at Henderson Executive airport, all using the OUTLAW call sign:

10-20321 Area 51-KHND on 12/04/23
10-20322 Area 51-KHND on 12/05/23
10-20323 KHND-Area 51 on 12/07/23

The hangar (at 35° 58.805'N / 115° 8.410'W) is fairly new. Street View only shows a vacant lot. May be interesting to find out who operates out of there.
