A recce sounds good. All four sides should be visible from public roads and furthermore there doesn't seem to be any access control/gates surrounding the property itself so an even closer look is possible. Interestingly, the hangar in question is the only one that has a rear-facing door, all the other units have the hangar doors at the sides. It also appears to be a single unit (the whole building is for one tenant) whereas all the adjacent buildings are sub-divided into numerous units, for example 1360 Jet Stream Drive has three units: #100, #110 and #120 at 10,000 sq. ft. each. In this linked Apple Maps sat image, there's an aircraft there and it seems to be the white camouflage livery of JANNARD's plane: Bombardier Global Express (BD-700-1A10) REG: N2T.
