This thread is over a month old, but I finally had a chance for some recon. Memory refresh: All three Groom Ghost Hawks made a visit to a group of fairly new hangars at the north end of Henderson Executive Airport in early December 2023. From the ADSB track we can narrow it down to two buildings: 1350 and 1360 Jet Stream Drive, Henderson, NV.

#1350: There is no activity, parking lot gate is closed, hangar door is closed and the hangar appears vacant. (35°58'48.12"N, 115° 8'24.66"W)

#1360 Suite 100: Hangar door open, several cars in the parking lot, no aircraft in the hangar but several cars parked inside. (35°58'47.63"N, 115° 8'21.54"W)

#1360 Suite 120: Hangar door closed, no cars or other activity. Hangar was listed for sale a while ago. (35°58'48.67"N, 115° 8'21.52"W)

#1360 Suite 140: Hangar door closed, one car parked up front. This is the most likely candidate for the Ghost Hawk visit. It is closest to the taxi way and farthest from the street. (35°58'49.60"N, 115° 8'21.47"W)

None of the addresses show any info online, except for the "For Sale" listing for Suite 120. I did not see any company logos etc. on the buildings or office doors.

Sunridge Heights parkway has a clear view of all four hangars, obstructed only by a chain link fence.
