So in short: Northrop IMHO got caught on the back foot, and is needing an influx of people for something they didn't foresee (If they had of foreseen it, the recruitment would be through the normal channels with people starting a routing application process along the normal time frame).

This is rushed, backed by serious money, and needs people already immersed into the testing world.
