Recruiting an entire test team now? Would mean (at best) the B-21 flight testing regime would be able to start in 2025-2026 time frame at the earliest. Also, if within the last 7 years NG hadn't got its team together? I would deeply suspect that the B-21 was inches from complete cancellation.
