One of the sightings can be debunked straight away and should have been right from the beginning: the Amarillo sighting is a Boeing X-45C Phantom Ray. Occam’s razor tells us that the most likely aircraft in the Wichita sighting is a B2 with atmospheric and lens distortion, but I agree that it’s not 100% without doubt - and the USAF behavior afterwards seems strange. Also, if the Wichita aircraft was a black project and they flew it straight over a major city it probably wasn’t that black anymore - and this was almost 10 years ago. If this was a black project I reckon we would have known more about it by now.
