OAI does a lot of government contract work when a cargo transport is needed. Including Black Projects and "unacknowledged" missions.

They checked in with TTR tower at 20:01 local on 124.750 "established final runway 32". They actually flew a round trip from TTR to Pope Army Airfield (Fort Bragg), to Fort Worth Alliance Airport and back to TTR.
