Hidden campsite question

For anyone who has been to the hidden campsite: I have a teardrop camper with a ground clearance of 12 to 18 inches. I'm considering using this for a summer trip out there. Assuming my tow vehicle has a similar ground clearance, would I be okay to camp there?
