There is always a chance, but IMHO it is a very remote one. Tunneling of that magnitude cost a lot of money and Black Projects are easily concealed in the rapidly growing hangar space at Groom. Hangars are way cheaper than tunnels. There are extensive tunnels in the NTS (NNSS). But they served mostly to contain nuclear tests. As far as I know Project 57 was the only nuclear test conducted in Emigrant Valley. It was an above ground test.
