Thank you for your input. Great information, although I have to admit that some of it is a bit over my head. So, if I understand correctly you are suggesting that the arresting gear on the north end (Rwy 32) may be in the process of being replaced. Could this still be part of larger runway construction? They hauled in massive amounts of material. Several dozen belly dumps a day for at least a month or two. In your experience, what would that that much material be used for? And btw, yes, both Rwy 14 and 32 at TTR are ILS equipped.
