Unfortunately that is full 1-meter resolution. I have done a little digging. Looks like they are marks that showed up over time. See the image above. In the 2003 photo there are a few marks following the same pattern. A Jan. 2006 photo, for which I have no source file, shows slightly more marks. And then, in July of 2007, suddenly a lot more marks. Ideas anyone?
