How about this...

The green/yellow marks show up to a much less
degree on older photos.

Most recent photo, there are more marks.

Older photos, Rwy 32L was closed, YELLOW painted
X to indicate closed.

Newer photos, more of 32L is closed, new Xs painted.

The truck that paints the Xs was driven over to that
closed taxiway. It sprang a leak or for some other
reason dumped it's yellow/green paint.

Compare the color of the yellow with that of the
newest Xs on 32L.
