I agree. It would not make sense to change established routes, especially in the busy airspace around Vegas. The only real reason for a change in the flight plans that I can think of would be a significant change in operations or procedures at the test site affecting the Janet traffic. I found the fixes under the attached link. Looks like a good reference. Some known fixes checked out ok on that site, giving a certain amount of credibility to their data. Most Janets land on 32, and take off on 14, which gives them a straight shot in and out from Vegas in the south-east. I have never checked if Pyramid is used as a fix for flights landing on 14, or taking off on 32. This could give some indication on the location of the beacon, and its distance to the runway.
