While there have been many reports of chromatic technologies being tested, ATS is mostly a bunch of 15 year olds and conspiracy freaks who have very little actual information to share. There are a few knowledable posters there, but its a lot better ratio here

Occasionally you will find some decent information there, but thats like looking for a needle in a haystack, unless you being in reptilians, 9/11 conspiracies, Area 51 moved to Utah, moon landing faked, etc.

Maybe this technology, if effective, would be useful for UAVs that would be much less visible if they could blend in to the ambient background.
