This is a real interesting technology. You are right that the platform would have to be stealthy in all areas. You could make an F-4 totally invisible, but you'd still have two big plumes of greasy smoke and a very noisy audible signature to target. We already know that we have UAV's that are just black holes at night and we have had very quiet aircraft since Vietnam, so an all round stealth flying platform is a natural extension. I do hope it is a clear day if the computer generated display that the low observable A/C uses fails and is replaced by the windows blue screen of death.
