I am pretty sure the contractors use the tankers during Red Flag as well. That is the only way the Top Aces F-16 can make it through the entire sortie. When you look at the ADSB tracks of N856TA and N858TA you can see how the exit the NTTR to top off west of Lida and then re-enter the NTTR.

Over the last maybe 12 months I have heard lots of instructor flights of F-117's. Pilots obviously not being very familiar with the F-117 being trained on the use of its systems.
