If it's a dish, it's huge. Like, 20' diameter huge. It also appears to have some uptilt. That would make sense if it's use for RCS testing of aircraft in flight. It'll be interesting to see what shows up on GE next time the update base photos.

Are they any techniques available that could take multiple exposures like this and combine them for enhanced resolution?
