New Area 51 Panorama and possible dish on the rotating tower?

I have just posted a new super hi-res Area 51 panorama that our Field Investigator Michal took from a location known as the "False Summit" along the hike to Tikaboo Peak.

The panorama shows what appears to be a fairly large dish on the south side of the rotating tower in the Groom RCS range. The dish does not show in any other recent photos. Any thoughts?
