Simply _no_. The MDS system doesn't work this way. The designation (if there is one) of a publicly acknowledged program is not "withheld" in any way. Quite the contrary, actually - manufacturers are usually quite happy to use such designations in public statements.

Also, you seem to believe, that an MDS designation is somehow mandatory for a U.S. military aircraft. But this is _not_ the case.
