We may be overthinking this...

The orbits were right over the top of a national park, not deep within the ranges. So the aircraft they were working with was probably not sight sensitive. And what's the most common aircraft seen playing with Ratt55? A B-2.

So while I hope it was F/A-XX or NGAD, it was probably a 40 year old Spirit.
