They fly with the B2s regularly. Could be that it just came out of depot maintenance and they want to give it a stealth once over. Could be testing of new capabilities or even acting as a testbed for the B-21 program. But the tanker for a 2 hour flight comment, that's a good point. That wouldn't make sense for a B2 or 737 to need fuel on such a short flight.
