Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. I'm afraid I don't have any more data on that event, but I'll try to gather more useful data on future events. I have seen all sorts of weird signals in the UHF air band in recent years. Some UHF comms are going digital. Mostly known 422 TES frequencies. They apparently are evaluating a system that allows a mix of digital and analog transmissions. Nothing to do with the event in my original post, but interesting.
