Heres the thing, some EMS providers also do have DoD contracts for example last decade, Air Methods has Bell 412 at Fort Bliss. When Erickson Aircrane Inc had Evergreen fleet, Bell 412 was at Wheeler AAF, to support Schofield Barracks 25th ID.
