Well, they have 5 years to decide whether to press charges. Until then there is very little I can legally do to get my stuff back. We all know they are not going to charge me, but nevertheless, I have to wait 5 years. No one ever returns my calls and letters. The one thing I have a case on is that per the search warrant they have to provide me with a copy of my seized data. No reply to my repeated attempts to communicate this, not even from the federal judge who signed the search warrant. I don't have the money to hire an attorney to pursue this but I am still hoping to find an attorney who may assist pro bono.
