I found photos of the Darkstar where the very same engine covers were used.

I assume the crew had not been allowed to film that part of the hangar (but they still managed to do it).

And there is no date conflict.
As Night Stalker said the video was uploaded in December and the Darkstar was only moved to the Palm Springs Museum in February.
