I'm sure the January and April 2024 flights were manned.

The USAF website describes the B-21 as designed for both manned and unmanned operations. When configured as an unmanned vehicle, on especially dangerous missions, the B-21 would be spared the danger of saving valuable pilots from being shot down and either killed or captured.
