What's the advantage of a stealth tanker other than you can do it?

It looks too big to be carrier based. So wouldn't you, or rather I should say, I presume most other refueling opportunities would be outside the field of engagement?

Or are we thinking about a world where RPV or aiPV could be hunting anyone anywhere?
