Further research revealed that one of the new dishes at the Rachel phone building is pointed towards the Area 51 Back Gate. With fast fiber data soon coming to Rachel apparently the Back Gate will be utilizing it as well. The other dish will likely connect to the data relay site near the gravel pit to replace the current data link to Cedar Peak. A third dish, mounted to the Verizon pole, provides data to Bald Mountain. So, after many years of rumors, the Rachel phone company site is now officially linked to the Area 51 infrastructure.
