The Navy doesn’t have a dedicated ACTS range in 2508 at least that I know of. They use a modified gulfstream G550, usual callsign Bloodhound, as an airborne ACTS and CBITS effector. They typically do this work offshore in W-283. I’ve only seen/heard them in R-2515 a few times.
