Thank you. Usually when I see them on the tracker north of Mojave, their pattern is more constant, so I wasn't sure what the reason was. I actually live not too far from LAX and when he came to town last time the tanker was sometimes flying over my house depending on the exact track but couldn't see it due to clouds. Also, I could hear some fighter jets, which seemed to hang around out for a while after he arrived.
