It's known that seven companies (including Lockheed and Boeing) had proposals for the Quartz program accepted by the US Air Force in the mid-1980s. On the Secret Projects Forum, it is mentioned that Northrop Ventura was one of the companies besides Boeing and Lockheed which submitted a design for the Quartz program, and that the Northrop Ventura Quartz design not only had long, straight wings like those of the Lockheed and Boeing proposals but also was similar in some respects to one of Northrop Grumman's SensorCraft designs:

Therefore, I wanted to ask a few questions about Quartz design submissions besides the Lockheed and Boeing proposals:
- What was the company designation for the Northrop Ventura Quartz design?
- Is there any evidence that Teledyne Ryan submitted a proposal for the Quartz program given that Teledyne Ryan had rich experience with unmanned air vehicle development?
- What were the other three companies that submitted proposals for the Quartz program?

As a side note, is the computer rendering of the UAV labeled by you at the now-defunct Black Dawn website as "Computer Rendering of Lockheed/Boeing Tier 3" truly representative of some Lockheed/Boeing Quartz and Tier III proposals:
