Hi Dan, Thanks again for shedding a bit more light on contractors invited to submit proposals for the Quartz program. At least you found out that Teledyne Ryan did not take part in the Quartz competition because Teledyne Ryan's rich expertise designing unmanned aircraft should have given it the incentive to propose a Quartz submission. That said, have you been able to find out the company designation for Northrop Ventura's Quartz proposal or what the four other companies which submitted designs for the Quartz program were?
