Only one P-175 airframe was built, and Lockheed Martin decided not to make another P-175 because it felt that the P-175 itself had exceeded aerodynamic performance expectations and vindicated LM's rapid-prototyping techniques. As noted in a 2019 AW&ST article, there were nine P-ISR EMD aircraft built and flown, so it's more likely than not that the airframes in the Google Earth image near Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale could be two of the P-ISR test vehicles (either waiting to be ferried to Groom Lake or retired from flight testing).
