I have been one of the chief sceptics regarding the RQ-180 designation. Apart from that one instance in the "Industrial Capabilities Report" referenced in this thread, I don't think it has appeared in any official print. I checked that report for the following fiscal year and, hey presto, the item had disappeared from the list of NG activities.
"P-ISR" appeared in print as a potential or actual project in a 2010 USAF report entitled “Anti Access/Area Denial Challenges”. So, incidentally, did "P-AEA" for Penetrating - (Advanced ?) Electronic Attack.
