Since the first flight of the "RQ-180" took place on August 3, 2010, I'm guessing that the first "RQ-180" (serial number 04-0831) was delivered to Groom Lake in early 2010.

The investigation report into the crash of one of the "RQ-180" test vehicles in December 2016 during an OT&E sortie east of Groom Lake is still confidential.
