Can't speak to what the "Exhaust vents" are, but pretty sure the dark patches on the wing just ahead of the surfaces are most likely maintenance access panels to get to the control surface actuators.

Still not sure what a long range, high altitude, LO aircraft needs with an active wing. The added weight of such a system would impact service ceiling more than the performance it gains.
