Per my previous post, the new hangars at Fairford could be mainly for the B-1s and B-52s that regularly deploy there. At present, all maintenance on them has to be conducted in the open. The P-ISR might use the B-2 hangars instaed.
The clues about an intended deployment of the P-ISR to Fairford do not come from an environmental impact statement. They come from a UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) consultation on airspace issues surrounding the operation of UAVs from a base that is underneath heavily-used airspace.
