Speaking of pilots, I found an old B-2 video that had a mockup of the cockpit on a sled tracks. And there were 3 seats that were jettisoned in sequence. Always made me wonder if originally, the intent was a crew of 3. Perhaps not. But if you consider the advances in technology around that time, could a crew of 2 could perform the tasks of 3 earlier gen aircrew?
