Black Flag?

So Joerg says last night was probably the most active night he's seen in 20+ years in Rachel.

This morning we're seeing Raytheon's 727, Raytheon/BAE's DC-9, and somebody else callsign Shinr40 (nothing came up on the search of the Hex and no type was listed). Whatever it is, it came out of L3's facility at Majors Airport in Texas... and either just landed at North Base or else turned off its transponder as got into the neighborhood. Oh, and a Scaled Composites jet, too.

So? Black Flag? Any other explanations for a sudden abundance of cool aircraft flying around in the desert?
