Oh ok, that makes more sense! It seemed a bit too obvious named that way.

There is another cool thing in the patch that I just noticed.
If we use a translator for the binary code 11001001 we obtain the letter .
doesn't make a ton of sense, since I don't think this symbol is part of any formulas related to RCS measurments, etc..

But if we translate 11001001 from decimal into binary, then we get 101001111101110010101001, which translated into text is �, a black rhombus with a white question mark.
The question mark symbol is sometimes associated with classified operations, see the story of the NOYFB patch for example (, with the black background as another possible reference to covert or night time operations.

And again, the star in the reticle, besides being a possible reference to RCS spikes on a screen, is also slightly reminiscent of the "star in a reticle" of the 64th and 65th aggressor sqn patches.
